Tonganoxie Water Park 
The Tonganoxie Water Park is city owned and operated.  Located at 221 S. Main it opened in July of 2008.  The water park is a modern facility with a new bathhouse, 2 large water slides, sprayground, zero depth entry and a large water area for recreational and fitness activities.

Ice Cream Social
Hit the sundae bar while getting to know your neighbors and enjoying Chieftain Park.  It is always a blast.  We hope to see you there.

Sunflower Stroll
Visit Tonganoxie on Labor Day Weekend for a busy weekend of arts, crafts, food & events.  Highlights include the Sunflower Run, Sunfower Yoga, Crafty Vendors, Kid's Sunflower Competition, Community-wide Ol' Fashioned Street Dance and more.

Downtown Spooktacular
Tonganoxie's annual safe Trick-or-Treating event is sponsored by TBA & other local businesses and organizations.  Downtown plays host this event on the Friday of/before Halloween.

The Museum at Tonganoxie
Explore local history in the Fairchild-Knox Dairy Barns - a hay barn and attached milking parlor built in 1932.  Learn about the main economic drivers of the town of Tonganoxie, platted in 1866.  The museum site includes Honey Valley School, a one room schoolhouse, the Reno Methodist Church, a 1918 structure, and a fully restored 1936 fire pumper truck.
Spend some time with us this summer.  Admission is free.
