Coaches are responsible for cancelling practices.
Teams are asked to stay off fields when they are too muddy/wet for practice or when lightning is in the area.
Game cancellations will be updated on TRC's website at www.tongierec.org, on social media, via email and you can sign up to receive text notifications through your account. Field conditions will be evaluated and decisions made at least 1-1/2 hour before gametime. 7:30AM on weekends and 4:30PM on weekdays.
